1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how infotower.pl uses cookies and similar browser storage. The controller is Infotower Business Solutions sp. z o.o. Contact details and information about personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy policy.

Consequently, the website does not display a consent banner for optional cookies.
If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced in the future, they will remain inactive until the user makes a choice where consent is required. This policy and the consent controls will then be updated.

5. Managing browser storage
The user can remove the display preference by clearing site data for infotower.pl in the browser settings. Blocking local storage may prevent the selected light or dark mode from being remembered, but the main website content will remain available.
Browser settings also allow cookies to be viewed, removed or blocked. Administrative users should remember that blocking essential WordPress cookies prevents login to the administration panel.
6. Legal basis
The display preference, aggregate interaction counters and safeguards necessary to operate, improve and protect the website are used on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest in providing the requested interface, developing the service and securing it, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where access to or storage of information on the user’s device is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, it does not require consent under the applicable electronic-communications rules.
7. Contact and changes
