Less manual work. More control.

Replace a lengthy stocktake with an organised data flow

Infokolektor combines mobile scanning with AMMS stock verification. Teams no longer need to print worksheets, repeatedly enter the same data or wait until the end of the inventory to identify discrepancies.

For the hospital pharmacy

An inventory process that supports pharmacists’ daily work

The application supports inventory in the main pharmacy, ward stockrooms, deposit stores and the blood bank.

  • Scanning with a smartphone camera or an optional reader
  • Monitoring deliveries, batches and expiry dates
  • Discrepancies, surpluses and shortages visible while you work

For management and finance

Less administrative effort and better inventory control

A digital workflow reduces paper, manual data entry and the time required from inventory committees.

  • Multiple inventories and committees working in parallel
  • Verification of omitted items and discrepancies
  • Ready-to-send AMMS data without re-entering the inventory

integrated data flow

The 50–70% statement comes from the Infokolektor product material. Actual results depend on process organisation and implementation conditions.

A simple process

From inventory document to AMMS data in three steps

Staff remain close to the storage location while the application guides them through each stage of the stocktake.

  1. 01

    Load and scan

Select a stocktaking document or working inventory in AMMS. Scan product codes or enter data manually where needed.

  2. 02

    Verify immediately

Infokolektor compares quantities with AMMS stock and shows surpluses, shortages and items not yet counted as the work progresses.

  3. 03

    Send to AMMS

Once Wi-Fi is available, the application can transmit the prepared data to AMMS in the background without re-entering the worksheet.
